(1) All purchases are made with batchwine.ie directly via the website unless otherwise stated.
(2) All prices on batchwine.ie are inclusive of VAT.
(3) All goods and packages are reviewed before leaving the building. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please get in touch with us within 30 days of your order date at orders@batch.ie and we can look into this with our courier service.
(4) We offer next day delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland on all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday.
(5) We offer delivery within 2 working days to the rest of the UK for orders placed before 12pm.
(6) Standard Postage is €9.50 within Ireland and Northern Ireland unless the weight of the package is over 6kg. Express, Next Day Delivery is €12.50
(8) Weather and other events outside of our control (acts of God) may cause delays on delivery of your order. We will update you when we can of any delays. Your parcel tracking number will also be updated with any information on delays / change to delivery.
(10) By placing an order with batchwine.ie you agree that you are over 18.
(k) All promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or change at any time.
(11) In the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item you have purchased we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative / replacement.
(12) All payment for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not despatch goods before payment is received.
(13) If you wish to return a product please contact us at orders@batch.ie. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order. Returned goods must be in good condition and unopened unless damaged (in which case contact orders@batch.ie ) Goods can be returned free of charge in store at Batch, Main Street, Falcarragh or can be returned to us by post. Batch does not cover the cost of returning goods.
(14) If using our click & collect service to collect a wine order you will be asked to provide ID proving you are over the age of 18.
